Commission and payout policy

This page explains how CHOICEVIA calculates affiliate commission, milestone bonuses and product-owner earnings.

Affiliate commission range

The commission rate is product-specific and may be 0% to 50%. It is calculated on the final collected amount after any valid customer discount, not automatically on the original list price.

Milestone sales bonus

An affiliate earns a one-time ₹250 bonus upon reaching 5 Cashfree-verified paid sales, ₹750 upon reaching 10 paid sales and ₹2,500 upon reaching 25 paid sales. Each milestone is awarded once per affiliate account. Failed, refunded, disputed, duplicate, fraudulent or self-referred orders do not qualify and may lead to adjustment.

Platform fee

For seller marketplace products, CHOICEVIA charges 10% of the final collected sale amount as the platform fee.

Cashfree deduction

Payment-gateway charges are based on Cashfree’s actual transaction or settlement record. Because the final deduction may become available after payment, seller earnings can appear provisional until reconciliation.

Calculation example

Direct sale without an affiliate

When no affiliate is attributed, no affiliate commission is deducted. The seller’s amount is the collected payment minus the 10% platform fee, actual Cashfree deduction and any applicable adjustments.

Confirmation and reversals

Commission and bonuses are confirmed only for Cashfree-verified PAID orders. Failed, pending, refunded, disputed, duplicate, fraudulent or chargeback orders are excluded or reversed.

KYC and payout records

Affiliate registration, link generation and promotion do not require prior admin approval. Affiliate commission may accumulate before KYC, but payout remains locked until CHOICEVIA verifies the affiliate’s KYC and payout details. A payout becomes completed only after CHOICEVIA records a valid transaction reference. Bank processing time and applicable tax deductions may affect the amount or arrival time.
